1. Fried foods

Eating foods fried at high temperatures releases free radicals that cause cellular damage. These free radicals lead to a process called cross-linking, which accelerates the aging process.

Cross-linking weakens skin elasticity and negatively affects molecules in the body. It also affects your body’s ability to remove toxins, which can exacerbate skin damage, puffiness, wrinkles, and acne.

2. White bread

Refined carbs, such as white bread, lead to the formation of advanced glycation end products (AGEs), which increase the risk of chronic diseases and speed up the aging process by causing inflammation in the body.

3. Processed meats
